Can't give you a Scott number but in Stanley Gibbons it is SG287, issued September 1923, cat val £1.60 used, which is almost 3 US dollars.

Scott 254. 2006 catalogue places a value of $1.10 on it, but doubt its changed much since then. The upper left corner of the stamp is a bit rough looking which will affect value too.
