Not sure exactly what I have are these over prints or inflation stamps? Looking for more information on them and potential value. I have several of these. But will only post a few at a time. Thanks!
Yes, they are. Just check the stamps in the Scott catalog and see if they were issued after the WWII. The stamps issued after the War were repeatedy surcharged in order to catch up with the inflation on the postage.
