Hi all members

I would like your help with those 2 Italian stamps 2c brown or orange brown. If someone knows in how many types was printed and from whom? and If the cancels can be identified. There are some faults in the second stamp if look carefully, I will post closer scans for the faults in second post.

Vangelis----Those are considered plate flaws , what needs to be established is from what printing they are from and then is it a constant flaw .That means is every stamp from that same position has the same flaws they have little value until the research is done.

Hi floortrader and thank you for responce

You have right on this and I continue searching for the plate and the position but till now nothing.Every picture on internet is like the first plate . As consider the flaws there one more that I found and post the scans.

One more problem is that I cant find the cancel from the first stamp , the cancel with the star down of the date.Up there is an A but I cant see something more.

First

Second

the line is short

The help from expert in Italian stamps and cancels would be precious.
