hfam4, it is hard to tell. Too small to even see what it is. Could you post a larger picture?

Peter, Thanks for trying to help. Unfortunately, I cannot get the picture on here differently. I can email it if anyone is interested in seeing it better. I appreciate your info on the flag stamps too. I will check it out on ebay.
