hello I need help in identifying this stamp all I could find on the internet is : HONG KONG RETURN,Deng Xiao Ping,Margaret Thatcher on STAMP SHEET
I couldn't find it in Hong kong catalogs so is it faked or non issued or what :)

I believe any contemporary "stamps" out of Batum are bogus. For a good intro to the the town & it's earlier stamps & forgeries check this out -
