A and B are from the Indian Feudatory State of Hyderabad; the overprint says Sarkari which indicated it was for official use in Government offices. D is Montenegro. The overprint commemorates the country's new constitution. In this case the overprint plate was not aligned properly so you have the top half of one overprint and the bottom half of another. Lorenzo Marques was am African colony of Portugal. It is now in Mozambique.
As a followup to Bamra, Lourenco Marques, now Maputo, was and is the capitol of Mozambique. L.M. was also a district of Mozambique that issued its own stamps. Other districts of Mozambique issuing stamps included Inhambane, Quelimane, Zambesia, Tete, and the corporate concessions of Mozambique Company and Nyassa (Company). To make it even more confusing, Mozambique-inscribed stamps were issued for, and were valid in, the entire country. Then there is the post-World War I fragment known as Kionga.
All in all, Mozambique and its sub units make for a fascinating collecting subject.
That 1 Anna of Hyderabad, and its unoverprinted brother, can make a great and cheap study in shades and plate states (used, they're both minimum catalogue value items). Here are a few of the variations:
