Hello,
You have to do a refund through Skrill. There should be an option somewhere on that site. You cannot do it through Delcampe.

I didn't find a refund option on skrill anywhere , and I don't want to send the money back manually as I will lose the commission paid or even the buyer can claim he didn't receive the refund

You might want to contact Skrill and ask them.

I think that if I were you I would entertain the idea of looking into a more reliable/better funds transfer mechanism than this "skrill" you speak of. I never heard of this entity before?

I know Skrill can send a refund. I've done it before in the past when I had a partial refund for shipping that was less than expected. I just can't remember how since it's been awhile since I've used Skrill. I offered it in the past on ebay, but maybe one buyer out of 500 would use it so I don't even bother to offer it anymore.

If Skrill doesn't help and no one here knows then I'm sure someone on the Delcampe forums should know.
