What is your opinion about these old fiscal stamp from India?

They appear to be Court Fee stamps from Nawanagar State, in the present-day Gujarat.

Generally speaking, Court Fee stamps from the larger states such as Nawanagar are quite common - or at least, the supply greatly exceeds the demand, anyway. There is a catalogue of the revenues of the Indian States by Koeppel & Manners, long out of print and expensive on the secondary market. You could try to locate a copy, but be warned: the values quoted are far above actual market prices.

Nawanagar also issued postage stamps, between 1877 and 1895. This is an example of SG 1:
