ccholley,

I found this one in People Republic of China under "East China" - Scott 5L13. The note in Scott indicates this celebrates the 7th Anniversary of the Communist post. The overprint is means "Post" and it obliterates the Japanese Flag on the tower which was erroneously included in the design. The 2000 Scott values this at $0.15.
