I found this interesting about the 2015 Topps Series 1 Baseball Cards:
Quote:
New to base Topps are Birth Year Coin and Stamp cards that mix three hobbies. Basic versions can be found with quarters, dimes, nickels and pennies, all of which are numbered. There's also an autographed version with a quarter that's numbered to 10.
http://www.cardboardconnection.com/...seball-cardsI give them credit for trying to migrate the three hobbies, but...if you go to Gallery Image #19, it shows a 1982 example Baseball Card with a 1982 dated Jefferson Nickel, and a 20c FDR stamp also issued that year (Scott #1950) ... but the stamp is in a format that never existed (perforated horizontally!?):

What's going on? Is it a legitimate stamp with the perforations modified or is it a fake to begin with? Or did someone do some fancy photoshop changes to the appearance of the stamp? No matter, it certainly isn't a good the way to introduce such a stamp in a baseball card.
