Hello people. I have some questions about stamps from charity. Can lots from charity bought on internet have some good stamps in them? I see lot of people when selling huge lots state "not from charity".
Other question is, how does it work? I guess in my country there is not organizations that collect stamps and sell them to help others.
I suspect that "not from charity" and "unpicked" phrases are sales gimmix and are probably meaningless unless you know the source to be reliable. So, choose a reliable source with good feedback.
