Please excuse my ignorance, but could you explain the importance, rarity, subject, etc., of Austrian Scott 380? It is certainly a very beautiful stamp! I'm unfamiliar with it.

Thank you.

High denomination memorial issue for Dollfuss, the right-wing Austrian chancellor assassinated by the even more right-wing Austrain Nazis.

I'm a big fan of the 1869 US Pictorial series. The first regular US stamps with something other than famous faces on them. I have a set, but they are mostly used. If I had to pick one, I guess it would be #120, the signing of the Declaration of Independence in original gum condition. *sigh*

This question is far too difficult for me to answer. But if I had to, it would probably be either an 1800's US issue, or a US revenue, like the "Persian Rugs"

I collect classic USED USA 19th century (mainly):

This is my holy grail that I will eventually need to acquire... Scott #39.

the one above sold for 6000$. There are very few sound used copies.

Interestingly, most genuine used examples I believe have a red cancel. Thus the above with blue cancel is even scarcer.

One day...

Hi I need a block of four or larger mint or used connected R170p (1898 Series U.S.A. Battleship Revenue Stamps).

Also would like to obtain any of the same series Hyphen Hole 14 (HH14) blocks.

I have one pane but, want blocks of each face value with HH14.

I'd really love a Canada Bluenose. I got into collecting stamps when I was younger after seeing Tommy Tricker and the Stamp Traveler. I don't think I can afford a man on the mast variety but I'll take a normal bluenose. The art is beautiful.

Probably the $1 Trans-Mississippi. I don't even really collect US regular issues in any coherent fashion, so it would be a total splurge.
