I think it says "Munchen Dec 15 1937". Hindenburg blew up May 6 1937. So they continued to use the stamp? Nowadays it would have been withdrawn from circulation.

I don't know if hey were withdrawn or not, but if someone had bought a few he would surely use them.

This is not a "Zeppelin mail" but just an "Airmail" ("luftpost" on the stamp) stamp. So, why to withdraw it?
