GB 1920's Cancellation Postmark Question

I need help with this postmark, I think it may say "Empire Pavilion London 192?", maybe it is a world fair?

As already illustrated, you have the Visit The Ulster Pavilion slogan postmark. Used between December 1923 to June 1924. Two types were used... single or continuous. The continuous type was used in Krag machines. You have the single type used in Hey-Dolphin machines at Belfast.
