Hard to tell jony78

By the condition of the stamp, I am not sure if the colour was chemically altered, but, it sure looks like a colour is missing (?)

Maybe someone else in the forum can explain it better?

Hi thanks for the reply.

It doesnt help that the stamp is grubby but the yellow and red ment to be on it show no trace in daylight. Im not sure about fugitive inks either on the stamp or maybe just faded out completely
