Hi,

I am looking for a source that shows the date for which US Bureau plates for commemoratives were first sent to press, in the early 20th century. I thought Johl might have it, but doesn't. I know it must be available somewhere and would appreciate being pointed in the correct direction.

The USSS/BIA list of plates 1-20000 has this data and a lot more, available here:
