Hello everyone, I am new to this site and have recently begun collecting again after a hiatus of nearly twenty years. I am focusing mainly on collecting stamps from Vatican City and recently obtained a few items which I am not sure what they are. I was hoping someone on here might have seen them before.

They are a sort of postcard commemorating the fourth session of the second Vatican Council. They each have 1 stamp with a postmark on them, but have other stamp images printed on them. The paper is not like typical postcard stock. It is a thin and somewhat flimsy paper.

One of them has the signature of Pope Paul VI across the center. At first I thought this was just printed on, but on closer examination the impression from a pen is clearly visible on the front and back of the card. Is it possibly an authentic signature?

If there are any other Vatican City collectors on here, please let me know your thoughts on these. Thanks!

To the best of my knowledge, the signature might also be an 'auto pen'?

It is also the opening of the fourth session which I believe is Vatican II.

Hope this helps?

I agree that the signature looks more like an autopen than an autograph. Also, I am not sure I can imagine Pope Paul VI sitting around autographing philatelic souvenirs.
