Can anyone give me a value figure on these? Looks to be a +U298 1c Franklin on an Oriental Buff Letter, also a UO8 One Cent Franklin War Dept seems to be on Manila. Thank you to all!

The top one looks to be on white paper, dingy with age, oriental buff is much more colourful. Bottom is probably manila which is by far the most common paper on these.

The cover is torn and a bit ratty around the edges. I'm assuming the ROX in the dual ring oval cancel is from the Roxbury station which would be very common

As I look at more examples of oriental buff I see it has more of a reddish hue which I mistook for Amber in the beginning here is a scan of all of my U69 Franks. As is seems they may all be manilas/white.
