Hello. Any info on this one? Seems there is not postmark date? It does have a nice watermark when held in light? Also, anyone have a link for the identification of watermarks on these?

In the case of the 1.5 cent rate, probably Third Class Mail. No postmark date needed. Often called a "mute" cancel because of lack of date.

The Scott Specialized catalogue for United States has a list and images of the different watermarks right before the listings for postal stationery/

At the time the 1-1/2c rate was valid for 3rd class mail, regulations required that it not be dated. In practice, this was often ignored.
