I am down to these last 5 stamps....2 are the same. Also can anyone tell me about what taxa de plata are about there are a couple of those in here?

Taxa de plata is Romanian for revenue. If you google the sentence a whole bunch of pictures come up, some of which the same as the stamps you have!

I did that but not getting a whole lot of information, only thing I have found so far is that the green one is 1928 or 1929.

It's really hard to tell from the scan. The 2 LEI stamp appears to be a 1930, J79. Yours doesn't look like it has an overprint but if so, that changes things. The stamp you have two of is RA14, a postal tax stamp from 1921-1924. The one on the far right, I think, is RAJ15, a 1922-1925 postage due stamp. If you can post a clearer picture, maybe I can figure out the last two for you.
