Hello. Please excuse my lack of knowledge with these stamps. Hoping to get a SG book tomorrow. Are there two cancels on this stamp? The back has a star watermark. Thanks for the help.

It's probably one cancellation, similar to this



but without the outer ring being filled in.

A very common type of British Indian cancellation.
