UNIEWAZNIONO = CANCELLED or INVALIDATED, in this case "invalidated" would be the better translation. Used specifically on Polish postage due stamps which have been put on a cover but then deemed not to be necessary.

The use of this type of handstamp goes way back to the 1919 provisional Polish postage due stamps. Your copy is from the 1951-52 set, Scott J128, not much value but an interesting addition to a collection.
