My BIL lives in Brooklyn. We always have to mail items to his office in Manhattan due to how bad the mail service is at his apartment. Between theft from other people to items not being delivered, it is a real crap shoot.
I think this guy must have cousins in Egypt. The Egyptian postal service managed to lose dozens of my letters, although a revolution and military coup didn't help, admittedly :-)
The USPS is managed by its managers; given what some of us seem to think about the job they are doing, I would want any line employee accused by management to be on paid leave until the judge slams the door shut. Cheers,
