User Agreement change that'll rock most every seller's boat
that goes into effect November 18, 2014...

"We're increasing the time for buyers to file merchandise disputes (Item Not Received and Significantly Not as Described) from 45 days to 180 days."

Good thing there's other pay services available... some sellers
are likely to take the offramp away from Paypal from this alone...

180 day's that's 6 months!
That is in my opinion as long as it takes in an auctionhouse.
I mean like selling without the modern internet way.
A seller has to wait there up to 6 months too!
This new rule will change a lot for sellers.
