Hi to all

in these photos, on the extreme right of the 1st photo, the fraction divider is missing or weak.
In the second photo it is entirely missing

The photo of the single stamp the divider is missing, but also the stamp is very patchy in colour.

Could the third one be a rusted cliche or just a bad production.
These seem to be constant varieties, any comments would be appreciated.
