An interesting read for those wondering about the potential of a plethora of new stamps for 2015. There will be the usual ones, of course, but it seems (for now anyway) no January 2015 rate changes will occur which will limit the need for definitive stamps for many of the seemingly "annual" rate changes we have experienced over the past few years:
