The denomination is in markka, not pennia, so you want to look at the 5m, 10m, and 12m values. In the Scott catalog, they would be:

Finland #176D(1945), #176I(1945), and #262(10Feb1947).

I tried to look these up, too, but the problem I found is that there are color variations noted to be "deep blue", "purple", and "sapphire", and I'm just not sure how to tell the difference (or if it's even possible to tell the difference) based on a scan.

I will point out that the 176D is 5m (sapphire); 176E is 5m (purple); 176I is 10m (sapphire); and 262 is 12m (deep blue).

Another variety that wasn't mentioned is 261, which is 10m (purple).

As used examples, no matter which of the above varieties are selected, they all carry the same minimum (2005 catalog) value of 20 cents each.

They are definitely not purple. So by process of elimination, they would be sapphire and deep blue. I do have the entire set, so I can confirm those are the proper colors. This issue is notorious for all sorts of minor color shades. Those, you cannot narrow down based on the picture.

For the minor blue shades, Facit has the 5m from light blue to blue, and the 10m and 12m from blue to light blue. It does not have separate line listings for these shades.
