Does anyone know which companies used the perfins on these stamps?

I would appreciate any help!

Hi Damian,

Bsed on the "Leek, Staffs" parcel postmark the "L" perfin here is probably from Wardle & Davenport who were silk manufacturers in Leek in Staffordshire.

You can, Damian, by a little research eliminate some of the companies who used the same perfin pattern or letter. For instance... a company going out of business in 1935 would not have a perfin on a George vi or ER stamp.
