So does anyone know the postal values for use of the various non-denominational stamps if one wanted to use them to mail a letter? Is there a source for this information?
The B stamps in your scan are 18 cent stamps. Scott catalog or any stamp company catalog would describe the original value. Back in the days of rampant inflation stamp prices changed so fast they quickly printed non denominational stamps to ease the transistions.
