Will it be worth the repairing these stamps? A little hope please! I love the look of them. But I have no idea on the backing.

I am not sure how you can "repair" stamps without making them worthless. (Or worth less than they are now because they are damaged.)

the stamps are damaged, worth nothing in regards to Money.. they can be worth some as a collectors item... but personally I dont like damaged stamps even as a plater of stamps.

also please don't try to repair stamps ever.

As already mentioned... no "repair" is possible but improvement can be made. Soak off the backing paper and gently tease the bent perforations into place. Stamps like those often are kept, for example, to show the Large Crown and Imperial Crown watermarks when mounted face down (some stamps show it better than others).
Your stamps are...
1. SG 43 (Scott#33) and are perfectly acceptable when collecting the numerous plate numbers until better ones come along. Most are very inexpensive and can form a decent display even with some faults. It will have a Large Crown watermark.
2. SG 166 (Scott#79) and the same can apply to the Imperial Crown watermark.

Take a look at the lower right-hand corner of the first stamp pictured. Does anyone else agree that there may be another stamp underneath? A penny black perhaps?

Neeskens13,
I concur that there may be something under there, I would absolutely soak this carefully.

More than likely underneath is the image from the stamp album on which these stamps were pasted or glued.
