My Standard Scott catalog only lists two varieties of perforation on this issue 12 1/2, and 13. 12 1/2 stamps are lot more valuable than 13. My 3s is perforated 13 1/4 x 12 3/4, and 8s perforated 12 3/4 all around. I think, based on the perf convention, they both perforated 13, but two different varieties.

Also, this 4s stamp is listed as rouletted 11. But to me it actually looks like it is perforated on the sides, and not rouletted.
