No ....the second row from the end of your scan....the red 30 value ,hold it up and see if the front has a look of being gummed on the front.

It does not appear like it's gummed on the front but that being said the paper is different than the rest. The paper seems to be thicker and has an almost wax, magazine type paper.

My 30c blue - with the "postal" and MG overprints - is glazed. My others aren't.

Hi

If anyone wants I have a table that describes all the values existant. Just email me with a subject of SCF-FDR to
jerrybemail-stamps "at" yahoo "dot" com.

Besides used, one may find a few perforated. In my collection I have a couple of covers with these items that are most probably philatelic in nature.

Hi floortrader

I would gladly post a picture but unfortunately I do not have a scanner. I plan on buying one the first of 2015 when I get a Windows 7 or 8 machine. Right now I am on XP and medical bills come first.

I received my first example from this set just a couple of weeks ago. It was included in a packet of Ecuador stamps. Mine is identical to 51studebaker's, in third row, last stamp. There seems to be quite a few varieties.
