Worth saying that Lighthouse's standard offering for Canada (nine volumes, including one for Provinces) comes in pages with or without mounts. The prices are eye-wateringly dear - between £33 and £73 for a set of pages without mounts or £79 and £169 with, plus the cost of the binder - £61 for a springback. Having said that, they are good, and you can often pick them up at a fraction of these prices in auctions. As an example, I recently bought an unmounted mint collection of Yugoslavia 1945-60 (including almost all of the issues) in a Lighthouse hingeless album for less than the cost of picking up a new empty album, slipcase and leaves, which would have come in at £220. I don't think that, in genreal, European albums follow a particular catalogue's numbering system - they will simply have the main issues in chronological order, with officials and postage dues at the back. Most will integrate air-mail stamps with the remainder of the standard issues.
