Hi guys...Take a look at this Scott #595 set of stamps...I have identified TYPE I and TYPE II, but the 3rd one I am having trouble with...It lacks colour as you can see..Would it be TYPE I or TYPE II, or something else..?

Any help is appreciated, thanks,

Looks like underinking, but due to the small pictures it is very hard to tell

Ya Pete..The pictures are small...Dont know what is going on..Lately they have been so small and usually my are big...Weird.

I am going to try to add another picture and see if it makes a difference..
