Guess the $150 wouldn't cover the cost of shipping!

Nonsense. It's the ultra-rare variety "Grandma's tablecloth backing," 1384b(var) in the famous Studebaker catalog. (Scott and SC don't list it.) It must be shipped insured.

You folks missing the point. Evidently! You did not notice backing the stamp was rare 1200 BCE Egyptian papyrus. Worth a small fortune in that condition.

The TYCO train cars seem reasonable. As for the stamps, this looks like a case of the "just doesn't know a thing about stamps" syndrome. It usually afflicts antique dealers, but known to spread online too.

Be thankful you are in the US.

Canadians would have to pay an extra $40 for shipping and import charges due to the Global Shipping Program!

As an ebay seller these type of listing drive me nuts. The more I think about it your idea of a seller endorsement program within ebay might be a really good idea.

I will contact you through Stamp Smarter to see if I qualify.

He has a black 4 cent Lincoln stamp that I think we should all offer a penny on. It is free shipping. If one of his stamps starts getting a lot of inquiries he may think he really has something. I am also going to ask a question on it. I will ask if the ink is edible.
