I inherited a box of stamps; an album and several print resources. I would like to know if there is any interest and/or value in the following print resources:
1. Stamp Collector's Annual Catalog, No. 18, published by the Tatham Stamp and Coin Co., c1955
2. Scott's Monthly Journal, VO. 35, No. 3, May-June, 1954
3. The Stamp Finder; U.S. Stamp Identifier; How to collect postage stamps, published by The Philatielic Institute, 1954
4. The Stamp Finder: enables You to Tell the Country to Which ANy Stamp Belongs, published by Garcelon Stamp Company, c. 1949

I am new to this forum and hope that I post this correctly.

There are a number of philatelic libraries around the United States (including the the daddy of them all, the American Philatelic Research Library). Philatelic literature can be collectible and certain works are highly sought after, such as Encyclopedia of the colors of United States Postage Stamps by R. H. White. This is a three volume set and exhaustive description of shades of classic US stamps and often sells for $1000+.
