I don't see any obvious indications of the stamp being a forgery. Forgeries of these are common, but the vast majority all suffer from the same distinguishing feature -- line perfs instead of comb. Yours appears to have the proper perfs.

Postmaster, thank you. I was holding my breath a bit on this. I've not seen a forgery of these in person. Your insight is greatly appreciated.
