I'm sorry, I should've been more clearer. By "to be looked at" I meant to physically look at the stamps. They can be on 3 different types of paper, plus one issue with varnish design on the face, not visible on scans. However, if you concern about the value, then those that shows watermark-like vertical or horizontal lines on the back of the stamps, worth few dollars mint; those on wove paper and with varnish, have minimum value. Czar Peter the Great stamp can be 112 or 139 depending on what is on the back of the stamp, both worth about a buck or two.
