My wife and I have had an account with the Kuwait Philatelic Bureau since 1984 and have received the issues for Kuwait since then until 2012. Since then we have received nothing. They do not reply to emails or letters.

Is the Kuwait Philatelic bureau still operating?

They still have some of our money!

I wouldn't hold your breath on getting any refund of funds from Kuwait.

That is almost exactly the address we have been using. The addition of -code 13145 is the only difference.
We will try again by mail to jog them into life.

I checked the website. Quiet impressive really. They list for sale stamps and postal items from the 1920's - up to now. A philatelic store in short.

Imagine if every country did that !
