Hi.

I have Jamaica SG109 Scott104 1 1/2d Chocolate on Blue Paper with Multi Script CA Wm - not listed in my SG catalogue does anybody have any info please.

A scan / picture wouuld help us help you. Perhaps it was soaked off of Blue cover?

I checked the "Philatelic Handbook of Jamaica" by E. F. Aguilar and he did not list any paper types for this issue. He wrote that the stamp was printed on white paper and had various perforations:
14 x 14
13 3/4 x 14 and
13 1/2 x 14.
He also mentioned two different widths: 17 1/2 mm and 18 mm.

That's all he had to say about this stamp.

It appears that we lost the picture when the site went down. The stamp did appear to have a blue tint but it also seemed that the stamp itself looked more golden than brown ??? I really have no explanation. I certainly would save the stamp on it's own page. Not sure if it is reasonable (money-wise) to send it out for expert's opinions.

The blue is uneven, and is likely bleed from a blue envelope the stamp was attached to.
