At first I thought this was a stamp from some USSR break off republic. But then I saw it was skater from 1964 olympics. It must be something easy to identify, but I just can't wrap my head around it. Thanks

Well, it's got "Insbruck" at the top, value is 32 St(otinki), and "Zarska Bulgarska Posta " on the bottom. Around the left & top it goes "IX Winter Olympic Games"

It's a Royalist Bulgaria-Government in Exile label from 1964.
