Hi tommy...Why do they refer to this as a "" waterman cover""..?

Very nice cover..

And at the end of the day, you know you have to return your 1000 covers to Canada....

Waterman was a company in England from that era and one particular aspect was that they meticulously logged in handwriting the details of the arrival of the cover. See the handwriting on the side?

All this is of great interest for historic purposes
