I cannot identify this stamp and an orange one just like it. Similar design as the 1860-65 stamps. Except there is no denomination and no perfs.??

It appears to be a German State designated as an "A3" "Coat of Arms"
HOWEVER, while I'm certainly no expert on these, but there seems to be NO denomination on the left hand side of the word "KREUZER", so a better look into it, (paper type and printing mrthod) might be beneficial to what you might actually have. It could be valuable or just as interesting a forgery/fake which is also collectable! I hope that helped you out some and shed a little light on the subject for you. Best wishes. -Jeff

The ornament in the corners is different from A3, plus many other differences in the details. Definitely not from that issue. A reprint of some sort maybe? facsimile?

The problem I have is, the stamp is mounted in this album. The stamps in this album are not attached with hinges. They are attached with a small "glob" of adhesive of some sort. I'm not sure I want to tear up these pages yet. It's a beautiful album.
I was hoping this stamp was an easy miss on my part.
danko, the ornaments are more like the A1 issue. I've searched fakes, facsimile, stationary etc... cannot find anything. Any forgeries I've read about all have denominations and perfs.
