I got this today and have sent it to Ralph. It is one of ten I got. Two were major re-entries. Here is how They arrived pasted to a heavy manila card.

Robert, The original proofs are on India paper which is very delicate and was mounted to card stock as proofs. I don't know what was used to glue them down and if I soak them I risk floating the India paper free and possibly ruining the proofs. I think they should be left as is unless someone knows a full proof way to remove them without damage. Mike
