Hi guys...Take a look at the arrows on this Scott #14...Are those ink fingers caused by over/heavy inking..?

I'd personnaly say underinking or scratched-damaged surface perhaps. Many white spots on this stamp

The white spots remind me of corrosion similar to the US Scott 11/26. The pitting and buildup from corrosion causes cavities and buildup on the plate which distorts the image.

Robert, these look like signs of a re-entry to me but they are extremely minor. Flyspecking these old issues should produce a bunch of these.
