Just after 4pm Down Under & my wife & I (& the two doggies of course) are starting to prepare for our traditional Polish supper (Wigilija) consisting of barszcz (beetroot soup), pierogi (potato dumplings) & cabbage rolls, & then off for a traditional Aussie Xmas dinner tomorrow with my wifes relatives, pig out or what!

Wishing you all the best for this festive season on this very mild Aussie day (only a high of 24°C), tomorrow should be better, forecast of 30°C.

Have a good one mate, and indeed Happy Christmas to all members of the forum. The small British expat community in Tunisia will be celebrating tomorrow with turkey dinner, christmas pudding, mince pies and plenty of gin and tonic. The rest of Tunisia doesn't have a holiday :-) :-)

BTW, I love the humbug stamp. Brilliant. Did you post it in the other thread in silly stamps as well?

Hi YeaPolska,
Looks like you married an aussie girl and I married a maltese one. Anyway, tomorrow will be an interesting day as usual. Plenty of VB and Carlton Draught and Hahn (low alcohol). It's 11.15 here as I write this. Looking forward to the Boxing Day Test. Cheers and Best wishes to Tim, as well. Merry Xmas. Stephen
