Looking For An Ottawa "David"

I live in Ottawa and have had it with stamps. I am 70 years old and studying and writing on the side. A hobby and a degree is more than enough for my age. I have a Russia collection on Steiner pages and collected in 7 three-ring binders. I want it to have a good home FOR FREE.

I will not mail the collection and this is why I am looking for a former acquaintance in Ottawa by the name of David Something who is (was) really into stamps including a boys' club.

I would appreciate if anyone can recall his last name and get me in touch with him.

Also, *I* would be interested in continuing your Russian collection, Tony Vella. My daughter (9yrs) is showing an interest beyond her current butterflies-on-stamps topical accumulation. This might be just the thing to spur her on to something more serious.
