You need a perforation gauge to determine the perf measurement. In short, it is the amount of holes per 20 mm. The stamp you are looking for is the "Pont du Gard, Nimes" from 1929-1933, Scott 253, 254 or 254A depending on a variety of items, including the perf size. You would have to zoom into the first full arch on the left to look for horizontal or diagonal lines. Good luck.
