In reviewing my Unitrade 2014 catalogue, I believe that this stamp is Scott 1165d.

My catalogue states: "double impression of all litho colours expect black."

I think a big mis-registration in the Blue only. ??

It looks like a major shift of the magenta and cyan colours to me, without any double printing. Still, a nice stamp.

Yup. Simple misregistration of blue plate. Dramatic enough of a shift though to be of interest to EFO collectors.

P.S. Actually with respect to positioning, it looks like the blue was set correctly and the others are misregistered.
