Turkey, 1926, postal tax stamp for the Red Crescent. Michel #3, catalogued at 60cents.

Thanks - I'm most surprised to find it's an official stamp - 1926 seems very early for a multicoloured stamp!

It's in Stanley Gibbons under Obligatory tax stamps, T1037 (1926) 5g, Refugees. One of a set of four:
